The VU Medical Centre (VUMC) is one of the two medical academical centers in Amsterdam, working towards a strategic alliance with the Academical Medical Centre Amsterdam (AMC) in order to strengthen their international position.
My contributions:
- Project-leader on a common (VUMC-AMC) curriculum development project (schakeljaar) in order to align the master and medical specialists training. Facilitate Cultural Change; Bridge VUMC-AMC cultures
- Trainer Teach the Teacher Programs
- Co-developed a program for multi-disciplinary teams of specialists, Teams VUMC
